What we collect

When you submit the growth assessment form we collect: your name, business email, company, industry, and — only if you provide them — your website, monthly lead volume, approximate customer value, current CRM or marketing platform, preferred contact method, desired start date and free-text notes. You also select your primary business challenge and consent to processing.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your assessment, and — if you proceed — deliver and report on agreed services. We do not sell personal data.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent to our customer relationship system (CRM) with source attribution (page, industry, challenge). When analytics are enabled, aggregate interaction events (form submissions, CTA clicks, estimator use) are recorded; these are not used to identify you personally.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is reasonable and then deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising pixels are added later, they will be loaded only with consent where required, and this page will be updated to name them.

AI voice agents (client deployments)

Where we operate AI voice agents for a client, call flows apply relevant disclosure, consent, recording, privacy and telemarketing rules. That processing is governed by the client agreement, not this page.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the assessment form or the contact details in your proposal. We respond without undue delay.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
