No performance guarantees
7 Skills does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, search rankings, funded loans, conversion lifts or any other business outcome. Key performance indicators are agreed per engagement and reported transparently; results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing and responsiveness.
ROI estimator
The estimator applies a published formula to assumptions you enter. Outputs are estimates for planning only, are labeled as such, and are not a representation of expected or guaranteed results.
Scope, pricing and third-party costs
Services are delivered only under a signed scope or proposal. Setup fees, recurring fees, advertising spend and third-party software, phone, SMS, email, AI usage, data and dialer charges are identified separately in proposals. Included capacity (staffing hours, call volume, channels, creative volume, integrations, reporting frequency) is stated in the proposal; nothing is unlimited unless expressly written.
Compliance responsibility
Campaigns, call flows and communications are designed with relevant disclosure, consent, recording, privacy, telemarketing, licensing and advertising rules in mind. Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations, including industry-specific licensing and carrier or platform rules.
Intellectual property
Website content, brand assets and methodology remain the property of 7 Skills. Deliverables created for you transfer as defined in your agreement. Client data remains yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information through its forms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect or consequential losses. Signed agreements govern service liability.
Governing terms
These terms apply to website use. Services are governed by the signed agreement, which prevails over this page in case of conflict.
